Apparel Details, Sizing and Care
Apparel: Fit
For T-Shirts: Our shirts are true-to-size. If you are right on the border we recommend going up a size and reading the Shrinkage and Measurements sections below.
For Long Sleeves and Hoodies: Our general recommendation in life is that for these you always go up a size but hey I'm not your Dad. Our Heavyweight hoodies are extra baggy to allow for layering.
Apparel: Material
Our T-Shirts are made from 100% American Compacted Ring-Spun Cotton. This is an extremely high end cotton fabric. It will feel lighter and softer than almost any other 100% cotton T you try on yet it will be more durable, more tear resistant and have better sweat wicking and thermal properties as well. Being a high grade fabric with such a long staple this garment can shrink if run through a very hot dryer. Most normal dryer cycles are totally fine but please see the shrinkage section below.
We occasionally offer Supima Cotton variant shirts. Supima Cotton is exclusively an American Cotton variant grown to exacting standards and is one of the most desirable Cottons on the planet, often being exported as a silk substitute.
Our hoodies are made from an ultra heavyweight 100% American Cotton Fleece. You will be hard pressed to find a more durable all natural materials hoodie out there.

Shrinkage
We only use very high-grade American Cottons...meaning things can shrink if you abuse it in a dryer.
If you follow the care instructions inside the tag your shirt will not shrink and it will basically last you forever. If you wash/dry your shirt on a normal cycle with a bunch of other clothes you will see minimal shrinkage on the first wash. Since this is what nearly everyone does we've attached a pic to show you what this means. (Washed shirt on top) Expect about 0.5"-1" of shrinkage length and width. Our personal experience is less than 0.5" with most not seeming to shrink at all and shirts dyed dark Reds and dark Greens shrinking the most due to the mordant in the dyes.
If you run these shirts in a very hot, a very long, or solo in a dryer you will shrink them more.
